How to track my package

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow the delivery of your package. If you have already received your order tracking number, you can access the La Poste website for real-time tracking:

Log in using your credentials. Then, go to the "My orders" page and select the order you are interested in. In the table summarizing the items ordered, click on “Track delivery online” located at the top left. A new window will open with the follow-up of your parcel, step by step.

If your package is marked as delivered and you haven't received it yet, we recommend that you check your mailbox. If you were absent during the delivery, La Poste may have left a delivery notice.

It is possible that the package will be delivered by another logistics partner during the second delivery attempt or that it will be dropped off at a relay point after a first unsuccessful delivery attempt, without notice. We invite you to regularly consult the tracking link to locate your order.
