How to return an item


Do you want to make a return? It's simple and free, you don't have to print any documents. The label attached to your package upon delivery is sufficient. You no longer have a return label? Register your return online to get a new one.

Return an item, Prepare the package

Put the item back in its original packaging (shoe box, plastic packaging), then put it in a parcel (for example: the Vanissy box). Then stick the return label (see the delivery note) on the package over the delivery label.

With the "Free Returns" service, you have an additional 14 days (from the expected delivery date) to decide whether you want to keep or return the item for any reason, as long as it is unused and within its original condition and packaging, tags, etc. It's quick and easy :

Easy

• Return your items easily: 1) Obtain the return code or label. 2) Wait for the door-to-door collection service or bring your package to the designated service point. 3) Finally, wait for confirmation from the local warehouse that they have received your returned package.

• Remember to select "Return Items" when you open a dispute case.

Fast

• You will be refunded once we have confirmed receipt and condition of the item.

• Item will be shipped to local warehouse instead of seller's country.

Scope of service

• Not all countries have a free local return service. Currently supported countries are: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel .

• The seller can choose whether or not to offer this service. Sellers who offer it will have a "Free Return" icon on their item detail page.

Return shipping costs

• The service for returning items by home collection or by drop-off at the designated service point is free.

• Note: Only one free return per order is permitted. If you wish to make several requests in the same order, only one request will be free. Other returns can still be shipped to your local warehouse, but you will need to pay for shipping. We recommend that you return all items at once to take advantage of free shipping.


If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
